Mr. Klohs has been CFO of GC Rieber Shipping since 2001 and previously CEO of Arrow Seismic ASA from October 2005 until October 2007. Mr. Klohs serves as board member of various companies within the GC Rieber Shipping sphere. Mr. Klohs holds a bachelor degree from Norwegian School of Management and an MPhil. in international finance from University of Glasgow. Before joining GC Rieber Shipping, Mr. Klohs worked with financial risk management in Nordea Bank ASA and Odfjell ASA. Mr. Klohs is resident of Bergen, Norway. Arne Frøiland

Arne Frøiland (44) was elected to the board in July 2007. Mr. Frøiland is Managing Director of StatoilHydro Venture Capital AS, a unit of the Norwegian oil and gas group StatoilHydro. Mr. Frøiland graduated MSc. in physics and mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim and MBA from the London Business School. He has more than ten year’s consulting experience at Andersen Consulting, A.T. Kearney and Gemini and was the founder and CEO of Applied Plasma Physics AS, a Norwegian environmental technology company. Mr. Frøiland joined StatoilHydro in 2004 from Det Norske Veritas Venture (DNV) where he was responsible for establishing a corporate venture team with an investment focus on the energy and maritime sectors. He speaks Norwegian, English and French.
Helge Brandsæter

He has extensive experience from the seismic industry having had different management positions within sales, operations and last as Senior Vice president for Technology in GECO. At Read Well Services (RWS) he was CTO and held the position as General Manager for the US operation before joining Reservoir Innovation and OCTIO.
