OCTIO announces the availability of its new ReM Phase One Compact System

OCTIO now delivers the low cost ticket to verification of permanent 4D monitoring for existing oil and gas reservoirs. With the scalable ReM Phase One system, all oil companies can take the step further to the next generation of seismic tools for improved oil recovery and environmental surveillance.

OCTIO has now released the ReM Phase One System as the latest in OCTIO’s ReM product line, offering the full sensor fidelity, performance and flexibility of the larger ReM System in a pilot-sized package.

CEO of OCTIO Group Bjarte Fagerås states; "The ReM Phase One System is a complete ReM System in small format for feasibility studies, verification of 4D effects or for monitoring of special areas of the field (i.e. CapRock fracture zones). This system is delivered with an armored cable, allowing the system to quickly be retrieved and replaced at depths down to 2000 meter. The structure of the system is highly modular allowing adaptation to, and operation in a variety of reservoir geometries and installation requirements. OCTIO has also equipped the Phase One System for seamless scale up to a full ReM deployment, capitalizing on the clients initial System investment to the full."

With the flexible and extendible ReM Software solution that can be configured to deliver data in any industry standard format, the survey acquisition time is reduced compared to conventional systems through our continuous data approval process and automatic transfer to shore data center of approved data. Basically, the client will get better data faster and save on the survey cost at same time!"
